The procedure of digitalization of ministries, departments and municipalities of Tatarstan regulated

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan No. 866 approved the procedure for interaction of Digital Transformation Centre with executive authorities in the development and modernization of information systems.

Today there are about 55 information systems in the republic, including those E-education of Tatarstan", "Agroindustrial complex of Tatarstan", "National e-library of Tatarstan", "Social register of population", etc. These systems optimize the activities of most regional ministries and departments.

If departments or municipalities need to create an information system or modernize it, they send their applications to the Ministry of Digitalization of the republic. All applications are submitted on the “one window” principle.

Digital Transformation Centre examines the application, determines the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed solution. If the application is approved, the project charter is established and the budget is planned. At the end of the project, the declared and actual indicators are compared.

Letay speeds up the Internet in 13 more settlements in Tatarstan

In March, Letay base stations were modernized in suburban areas, which led to an increase in the quality of the communication signal and the speed of mobile Internet for residents of the villages of Stolbishche and Gabishevo in the Laishevo region, as well as the villages of Mirny and Konstantinovka near Kazan. The attention to these locations is not accidental: in spring, traffic additionally moves outside the city, due to which the load on the network of suburban base stations is “densifying”.

New service available on state services of Tatarstan

A new convenient and long-awaited service for kindergartens appeared on the State and Municipal Services Portal - ordering an e-certificate of charged and paid parental fees. About 10,000 such paper certificates are issued annually in Kazan. At the same time, parents spend at least 1 hour going in person to get the document. With this service, it is not necessary to go anywhere, the order of a free and legally significant certificate takes only 5 minutes.
