The results of the work of the MFC of Tatarstan for 2020 summed up

On February 5, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin and representatives of the local branches of the federal authorities took part in an extended meeting of Multifunctional centres (MFC), where they summed up the results of the work in 2020.

Director of Multifunctional centres of the republic Lenara Muzafarova made a keynote report and said that during the pandemic, when many organizations switched to pre-appointment, distant reception or no longer available, the number of applicants to MFC increased.

During peak months, the offices of "My Documents" received up to 17,000 people a day.

In 2020, the MFC provided over 5 million services. In general, over six years, the number of services provided to the population increased by more than 3 million 300 thousand. As many as 11 more offices were launched and in each of the 60 currently operating in the republic, it became possible to obtain almost any necessary documents. Muzafarova said that 51 services were added to the MFC over the year. And now 256 services are available in "a one window" principle.

Khayrullin emphasized that the digitization of the MFC will take place but will affect the internal processes.

The minister emphasized that in 2021 the pace of e-interaction between the MFC and government authorities will be enhanced.
