The Republic of Tatarstan is the winner of international contest WSIS Prizes-2017

On April 17, World Hemophilia Day is celebrated around the world. Every year, more and more regions of Russia take part in this campaign, turning on the red lighting not only to show support for people with hemophilia, but also to express gratitude to all blood donors.
