Airat Khairullin takes part in the discussion of digitalization of youth policy
On November 13, at their meeting Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Airat Khairullin and Tatarstan Minister of Youth Affairs Damir Fattakhov discussed the implementation of the Digital Ministry project, which includes a set of services for the internal and external profiles of youth policy.
The internal services of the project will be aimed at specialists working in the youth policy industry. They will help to receive and process information about the state of affairs in the industry, analyze them and use them in the development of management decisions, for example, to monitor online the status of facilities, their occupancy rate and operational efficiency.
The Digital Ministry will help to convert all the reports into digital form and generate them automatically. The municipalities are still forming them manually. This will reduce the cost of many processes and strengthen people's confidence in government institutions.
